What time is it?!
Time to move to LA ‘cause I am the new background artist on Adventure Time! Had to do a sketch to show how stoked I am on finalizing the new job details. Working freelance on the show for the last 6 months has been amazing, but me and Rachel are super excited to move our family to California and start on this new adventure.

I did this Pirate Club story to round out the next issue of Skid Marks and I love how it turned out! I’d never done a color story before, so it was really cool seeing the old gang’s adventures in color. So without further ado, let’s see how the Pirate Club handles a threat from a local fraternity…

So, I’ve been working on Adventure Time since September of last year as a background designer, and the shows I worked on are finally starting to air! What does that mean? It means I can start posting the work I’ve done. The season premiere of season 4, “Hot to the Touch” was my first episode and I only did a few backgrounds. Here are a couple of them for you to enjoy.
The episode’s background designers were ghostshrimp, Santino Lascano, and myself. The painters were Martin Ansolabehere, Sandra Calleros, and Ron Russell. The show’s art director is Nick Jennings.
